It′s been my third day at this place
I still haven't figured it out how i managed to cryogenic my way
2 Centruries ahead of timeApparently, i′m not the only one
I am currently living in a bar just outside the Kandak city
We had to hijack a radio station just to deliver this message
I know so many of you out there went through the same shit as we did
Some of you are either stranding, surviving
Some of you are already deceased
So in case uhh you need a home, then pay us a visit
Try to avoid crossing the city though
The locals really don't like us for some reason
They even tried to just shoot us on sight
So, take care, we're sleepwalkers
It′s been a strange universe
It′s been a strange life
I'm still getting used to this place
But no doubt
It′s been a long life, but hell, we haven't died
I hope this song can somehow take you back to older times
Back when the lullaby put us to sleep when we are tired
Before insomnia kicks in from all the stress arised
Struggle to dream, struggle to stay awake at every night
Sometimes i′d like to grab my guns and crack a couple rounds
Beneath the moonlight in this desert when no one is around
Where nobody cares, nobody sees but somebody will hear me
At the end, i may just be looking for some attention
Well it's hard not to when you are constantly being so anxious
′Bout the future, 'bout that life, 'bout flying high as a kite
Always forget to take it slow so that you can calmly thrive
I always tend to struggle to connect with loved ones
And now they′re gone, i forever lost my way back
Should′ve given a ring before my life-long departure
This is a future that's just hard to be a part of, for me
Hi, this is your daily broadcast from a permanently borrowed radio station
It′s officially been a week for me
Last night, we welcomed 3 new members, 2 of them are IT guys
The other one though
Let's just say that she is somehow really good at trading supplies
In and out of the city
And there is one thing that′s really bothering me
Like how come 200 years had passed, civilization behaves the same?
They are still hating people, the ones that's different from them, mainly us
Somewhat i do sympathize with them
About not letting a shit ton of strangers in your city
And just take away your precious jobs and resources
But can we just politely decline each other
Instead of using gun and shit, hell
Even fucking make up theories that we are the devil or some shit
We′re sleepwalkers, take care
Oh well, if there's no return, there is still a way
To move forward, to move along for our own sake
No matter how many rocks we shall be thrown at
That's just a part of it, it ain′t easy to kill us, yeah
Until that day comes, i′ll continue my journey
To the far land, to the mountains, its secret, this world will show me
I have all these people around me guide me through this field
Maybe one day i'll be strong enough to tell them how i feel
This story is still far from over for us sleepwalkers
The battle prolonged for as long as we′re still alive
We are together, we held guns beneath the hellfire
Perhaps death is our only way to get retired
But i hope that won't be the case for the all the future ones
Before our generation collapse, we′re making sure you'll see the sun
The chapters of the sleepwalkers shall be unfold
By one adventure after another, just how it shall be retold
This week is wild man
Emily has been taking me to the gun range every afternoon
I still haven′t quite got used to firing even just a 9 mil
Apparently, we are fighting against these things we call "the corruption"
No it's not a corporate thing or even the locals
It's something that′s actively hunting us down, the sleepwalkers
They looks like red and black moving electrical wires in humanoid forms
Really, really scary, but they are as dumb as rock
These are the same entities that almost killed me
As soon as i stepped out of the cryogenic lab
Luckily, Emi saved me from there, uhh we are in for some real troubles soon
Umm, so take care, we are sleepwalkers
