It's Just Another Christmas Without You

Prozzak

I tried to make a fire but it didn't want to light
I tried to cook some dinner, but the burner won't ignite
I'd like to take a walk, but this sidewalk's built for two
It's just another Christmas without you.

I built myself a snowman but he didn't turn out right
His eyes were full of sadness and he melted there that night
The indisputable fact of the matter is that no matter what I do
It's just another Christmas without you.

This time of year was meant for two people in love
The falling snow, the mistletoe that hangs from above
And all the things I try and do to mend my broken heart
Just remind me of a time before we had to part

So I'll write a note to Santa as my one and only plea
Specifically givings forming to bring you back to me
Until then, I'll be patent, and hope my wish comes true
It's just another Christmas. Just another Christmas. It's just another Christmas without you
