Boring

Screaming Mary

The pinks and blues of yester-years

Now are covered by my tears

Life has gone and floated away

Now I'm stuck and life seems gay

Such a boring child

Her life's so mild

Her days been washed

And watered down

Nothing remains

They've stolen her crown

Once such a happy child

She smiled in pictures, too

Her teeth shone brightly

Now they're gone too

And you may ask why she sits alone

Her head so full of rain

Herself, as well, is tiring

And she finds the joy in pain

Such a boring girl

Her eyes poured out too long

No one cares to save her

She thinks she's the one who's wrong

And when I save her from that place

I hope a smile will find her face

When she fell so long ago

No one was around to save her

Now that they're all gone

I'll try my very best to take her

Such a boring girl, she thinks

Thinks she's nothing woth my while

Her life so filled with tears and pain

Now I wait and hope she'll smile
